OUR PROGRAMS
M.A.D. offers After School Programs for all schools, in our endeavors to support the community and encourage young people to explore their artistic abilities, we put on at least two productions throughout the school year to display the techniques of our young artists. These productions allow parents to see the gifts in their children and gives the young people an opportunity to see the support they have around them. Our team of creatives are flexible and want to ensure every child has an opportunity to explore their gifts so if you prefer we can accommodate lessons during school hours. Partnership within a space they are already familiar with will enhance their creative process and encourage them to do their best in school and art. Mentorship
Geared specifically toward young men and ladies of color ages 7-17, the Untapped Potential program and My Emotions First provides Mentees the opportunity to experience the full spectrum of life through mentorship, artistic expression, and brotherly/sisterly love. Too often, this demographic is told they have to be or act a certain way in order to survive or meet society's standards. These programs, help mentees navigate through life by providing them platforms to express themselves through writing, acting, reading, societal research, stepping, panel discussions, exercise, and other tactics. The programs' sole purpose is to groom young people of color by allowing them to express themselves as a full human being; tapping into spectrums of emotion, conversation, critical thinking, as well as holistic “manly/womanly duties”. Our goal is to remove the stigmas and simply allow them to be true to themselves.

In music, acting, and dance some performers learn better in a one on one setting. In this space we provide hands on training with our talented staff and industry professionals to help your child perfect your their craft. Our instructors create lesson plans and practice schedules to fit your specific needs. Private lessons can also assist with preparation for auditions for any level, wedding dances, public speaking, etc. Our goal is to ensure you have everything you need to excel at the highest level.
